Cloud Streams is a way for real estate agents to help buyers find a home. Agents set up a “stream” – or client portal - based on their buyer’s real estate needs and wants. Clients get listing alerts by email and/or receive mobile text alerts in real-time. Alerts can be sent when a property is listed on the MLS, or if the status or price changes. Listing alerts link directly back to the client’s personalized stream. Buyers can provide feedback on homes in their stream by “liking” or commenting directly on properties. The agent can then respond to this feedback and use it to better tailor their client’s home search.
Cloud Streams’s responsive design means that listing alerts, client portals, and agent dashboards look great on any Internet ready device, including all smart phones, tablets, and computers.
