Since launching in 2010, Cloud CMA has become the leading report tool for real estate agents and brokers in North America. Agents can easily create CMAs, Buyer Tours, Property Reports, and Flyers while combining MLS data and information from popular sites like Yelp and Walkscore in minutes.
The new Cloud CMA has an updated UI giving agents an even more seamless process when creating reports. Agents can now include off market listings into their reports and select their comps from a map view. Updated responsive design also integrates new accessibility features. Additionally, the new Cloud CMA has “Modern” report themes for agents to choose from that include updated content pages and layouts. New “Slide Show” feature gives agents flexibility at listing presentations to present comps on tablets, notebooks or by streaming to devices like an Apple TV.

The new Cloud CMA will be released over the next few weeks to existing users and is available immediately to new customers. New and existing users will be able to switch back to “Classic” Cloud CMA during the transition.
